The School Liaison serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned school customers. This role ensures successful day-to-day implementation of UI programs at the campus level by maintaining strong partnerships with school administrators and collaborating on program delivery with internal teams and school leadership.
The School Liaison focuses on principal satisfaction, effective program execution, and rapid resolution of school-level concerns to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for school partners.
1.
School Partnership Management
•
Maintain strong working relationships with principals and school administrators
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for school-level communication
•
Ensure program expectations align with campus procedures and priorities
•
Address school partner questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
•
Advocates for additional services from UI that will support school success
2.
Program Implementation Support
•
Support the day-to-day implementation of programs across assigned schools
•
Coordinate schedules, space, materials, and logistics with school staff
•
Ensure instructors have the information and access needed to operate effectively
•
Monitor implementation stability and escalate issues impacting program delivery
3.
Cross-Functional Coordination
•
Work with Instructor Support Specialists and Instructor Quality Specialists to ensure instructor performance is shared with school leaders
•
Communicate school feedback and emerging needs to internal teams
•
Collaborate with recruiting and account manager to address staffing or logistical needs
Measures of Success
•
Positive relationships with school principals and administrators

Full utilization of assigned instructors at the school level
•
Stable program implementation across assigned schools
•
Timely resolution of school-level operational concerns
•
Strong communication and coordination between schools and UI teams

Accurate documentation and reporting
Required
•
Bachelor’s degree in education related discipline.
•
3-5 years K-12 working in a K-12 school environment or related educational setting
Preferred
•
Master’s degree in education related discipline.
•
Prior experience working with school administrators or educational programs.
$35-$40 Hourly/ Expected Hours between 30-40 hours a week during the school yaer
